The Brain stem
Accumulation of Gas Fees The brainstem is where Gas Fees are collected. Every activity of a neuron sends a portion of the impulse, the Gas Fee, to the brainstem.
How it works:
Gas Fees are collected in the brainstem until they reach a specific amount. When the set amount is reached, the community votes on a new project to fund. The chosen project is added to the cortex, making the system stronger. Each new project increases the number of active neurons, leading to more activity and more profits.
