• Payments for tools and services.

• SWAP transactions.

• Cash exchanges at physical NeuroCoin World Points.

These fees are temporarily stored in the Brain Stem, accumulating until they reach a predefined threshold (e.g., $100,000). Once this threshold is met, the funds are allocated for reinvestment.
